Oregon State Psilocybin Services Complaint– Register a Complaint with the Oregon Health Authority about Oregon Psilocybin Services, Training Programs, Facilitators, Service Centers, Manufacturers, Testing Labs, or Services Worker Permits

 

Spiritual Crisis Support:

Spiritual Emergence Service – Offers assistance to people who are experiencing psychospiritual and transformational crisis, can be reached by telephone or email. Phone line is staffed by those with personal knowledge of non-ordinary states of consciousness or spiritual emergence.

Spiritual Emergence Network – provides individuals that are experiencing psychospiritual difficulties a specialized mental health referral and support service.

 

General Supportive Listening Resources:

The Warm Line @ Mental Health Association of San Francisco – https://www.mentalhealthsf.org/peer-run-warmline/ – a non-emergency resource for anyone in California seeking mental and emotional support. Assistance via phone and web chat on a nondiscriminatory basis to anyone in need.

Seven Cups7Cups.com – connects you to caring listeners for free 24×7 emotional support via chat.

 

Therapy Abuse Resources:

Therapy Exploitation Link Line – https://www.therapyabuse.org/ a peer support network that seeks to help victims and survivors of exploitation by psychotherapists and other healthcare providers find the resources they will need to understand what has happened to them, to take action, and to heal.

General National Crisis and Support Hotlines:

National Suicide Prevention Hotline – 24/7, free and confidential support for people in distress, including prevention and crisis resources.
National Alliance on Mental Illness – free, nationwide peer-support helpline providing information, resource referrals and support during mental health crises.

National Sexual Assault Hotline – Hotline.Rainn.org – confidential hotline and resources for survivors of sexual assault and their allies.

LGBT National Hotline – GlbtHotline.org – anonymous and confidential hotline for support including, but not limited to: coming out, gender and/or sexuality identities, relationships, bullying, workplace issues, HIV/AIDS anxiety, safer sex information, suicide, and much more.
